Greetings from our faculty member, Józefa Fawcett – Award-Winning Learning Specialist

Ms. Fawcett is a woman on a mission to support organizations in developing human capability so as to create workers fit for the future and not followers of the past!

Whether Ms. Fawcett is asked to work with operational managers, team leaders, HR/L&D professionals, or academic educators, she aims to help them create a better tomorrow.

After co-producing, chairing, and speaking at executive education events all around the world, Ms. Fawcett became a member of our growing academic faculty at #SofiaMetropolitanCollege.

She will be teaching our master’s students about People and Organisations on “MSc Events, Leisure, and Tourism Management”, starting in February 2024.
